Crusta Wood Fired offers a range of traditional and gourmet pizzas, antipasto platters, canapés and other entrees, fresh salads, and home made desserts for any catering situation… Weddings, parties or events.

We serve a selective range of international inspired gourmet recipes, ranging from classic Italian pizzas to gluten free pizzas, vegetarian pizzas with a pumpkin puree base, pizza’s with a white sauce made from a confit garlic cream, with mushrooms, gorgonzola, prosciutto, caramelised onions and herbs.

The dough is made using a traditional Italian recipe… Our dough is not too thick and not too thin encircled with a crunchy golden crust.

We use exclusively regional hardwood, mostly iron bark to generate maximum heat.
