Our Products
We aspire to fuse nutrition with traditional & contemporary trends, using fresh local produce, organic & pesticide free wherever possible. Our produce is hand selected from local farmers in the Byron Shire and surroundings creating minimal food miles. A lot of the herbs we are using in our dishes are homegrown on our small farm. This assures quality, taste, and being true to our passion for delicious, sustainable produce.
